Studio Viewing Facilities with videostreaming, web-usability & eye-tracking capabilities


4insight’s studio is suitable for all types of focus/creative groups or in-depth interviews, and sits up to 8 respondents. The Studio is also equipped with a large LCD screen suitable for laptop presentation, and research can be both audio and video recorded to MP3 and MP4. Additional services available are eye-tracking & web/app usability/tracking.

Viewing rooms

Clients can view research live through one way mirrors or through video-streaming, allowing for additional viewing remotely from anywhere in the world, and even archives the research for viewing at a time convenient to the client. The viewing room has both wireless and hard line internet access, and we can accommodate and cater for up to 12 clients.

Meeting Rooms and
online studio

We have two further rooms available, for meeting or training purposes, which supplement our studio/viewing facility, and can provide break-out areas, for further discussion. Our online studio allows for both qualitative marketing research through the use of walled-online communities, and quantitative marketing research through the use of online surveys.


All rooms have air conditioning and are provided with the latest state of the art equipment including FocusVision video-streaming, eye tracking and web-usability testing, digital recording to both MP3 and MP4, TV, DVD playback, wi-fi & cable internet.
